My Account

How do I create an Account? There are a couple ways to create an account. If you are placing an order, you will have an option to create an account during the checkout process. If you are just wanting to create an account, you can go to the top part of the menu, select account and then create account. It will ask you for general customer information and then you are ready to go.

How do I edit my account information? Editing account information is easy. You would need to log into your account, then go to the Account Setting section and from there you can edit the information needing to be changed. Be sure to click the "Update Details" button so your information saves.

I forgot my password? If you forget your password, you can reset your password by using the "Forgot Your Password" link on the login page. You will be prompted for your email address and you will be sent an email to reset your password.

How do I find a product quickly? There are a couple different ways to find your product quickly. You can use the search function at the top of the site. The other way is to use the categories menu to find your product category and then use the filters on the left hand side to narrow down your results.

Order Status

When will my order ship? Orders ship the same day if placed before 1pm cst. Otherwise they will ship the next business day(not including holidays).

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? If you need to cancel your order, you can use contact us via the contact form and we'll get the cancellation process started for you. If we have already shipped your item, you can return the item back to us and we can issue a refund once we have received the return. If you need to change quantities, the easiest way would be to purchase the additional item if you need an extra. If you need less of an item, we can start the process to issue a refund for those particular items.

How do I track my order? Tracking your order is simple. Simply log into your account. Under the "Orders" section, location your order in question and click on the Order #. On the right hand side there will be a "Shipping Details" section along with a tracking link. Click on the tracking link and you will get a up to date progression on where your package is.

My order never arrived. If for some reason you did not receive your order, you can contact us via the contact us page and include your order# and let us know that you did not receive your item and we can start an incident to research your order.

Returns & Replacements

What is your return policy? We offer a 30 day return policy on our products from the day your receive them. Exceptions include: underwear, mouthguards and hygienic products even if they are still brand new.

How do I create a return? Returns are simple. Just log into your account and go to the orders view. Find your order and to the right will be a returns link. Select the items to return with the return reason and action and submit that to us for approval. Once approved you will get another email with instruction on how to to send the item back. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 2 business days of receiving the return.

An item is missing from my shipment. If you received your order and it is not complete, please contact us via the contact us form. Include your order# and which item you are missing in your order and we can look into the issue for you.

My product is missing parts. If you received your order and it is missing parts, please contact us via the contact us form. Include your order# and which item parts are missing in your order and we can look into it for you. I received the wrong product. If you received your order and the item is incorrect, please contact us via the contact us form. Include your order# along with what item your received and we'll work to get this resolved for you.

When will my replacement or refund be processed?Returns and refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the product back to our warehouse. Refunds take approximately 5-7 business days for your financial institution to post the funds back to your account after we have processed the refund.

Domestic & International Shipping

How much is my shipping? Shipping for domestic orders is free for orders that total $40 after taxes and before taxes(if applicable). Otherwise shipping will be calculated at checkout and you will be presented with the available options.

Do you ship to my country? We ship to the majority of the international countries. When you checkout, you will be able to input your shipping address and the shipping estimate, will let you know if there are available shipping methods to the country of destination.


How long will it take to get my order? Timeframes will vary depending on the shipping method selected.

For Domestic shipping(Within USA):

First Class (3-5 business days) with door to door tracking

Priority Express (2-3 business days) with door to door tracking

Express (1-2 business days) with door to door tracking

For International(Outside USA):

USPS First Class (~3-6 weeks) with package updates but not a true tracking service

USPS Priority Express (~2 weeks) with tracking service

USPS Express (~1 week) with tracking service

DHL Express (~1 Week) with door to door tracking


Will I have to pay customs charges? If you are shipping an item internationally, the receiver may be subject to customs duties that are imposed by the recipients country. These fees are not collected in advance by us.

Payment & Checkout

What are my payment choices? We accept all the major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We also have the option of paying via Paypal.

Do I have to pay sales tax? We only collect sales tax for Missouri residents.

Do I have a question on my charges. If you have any questions regarding the order total, please contact us via the contact form and we'll be happy to look into this for you.

How do I apply my promo code? The promo code section will be available on the right hand side of the checkout when you review the order total summary. You can enter the promo code and make sure to apply it to get your savings.

I need a copy of my invoice? If you did not receive or accidentally deleted your invoice, please contact us and we'd be happy to send you another copy.
